If you're just getting started with Google AdWords™ or could use a refresher, then this is the seminar for you. This class focuses on creating and structuring your account and is ideal for anyone who needs to clean up campaigns or start them from scratch.
What's Covered
This is the most basic seminar, starting with the opening of your first account. Past attendees have found it helpful to have an AdWords™ account and some experience in the interface prior to attending, but this is not a prerequisite. This seminar will cover:
- Understanding what online advertising is and where AdWords™ fits in
- Creating your first account, campaigns, ad groups, and ads
- How to identify and refine the keywords you'll be bidding on
- Tips for writing great text ads
- Additional ad types including display, image search and mobile ads
- Using location extensions to make your ads stand out
- Tracking conversions and measuring ROI from your campaigns
- Optimizing your campaigns according to your goals
Who should attend?
This seminar is intended for new AdWords™ advertisers as well as intermediate advertisers looking for a foundational knowledge and overview of the AdWords™ platform, along with tips for creating, cleaning up, and optimizing AdWords™ campaigns.
What can I expect?
These live, in-person seminars are intended to help you create, manage, and maximize the return on your investment from AdWords™. Many locations will have wireless Internet access available, and many attendees have found it useful to bring a laptop to follow along in their own accounts. Seminar Leaders are first and foremost active practioners of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) management, and in this live setting, interaction with Seminar Leaders is encouraged.
