Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a question or concern about your upcoming Google AdWords and/or Analytics training? In order to save you some time, we have compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions that we’ve received.

 

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

We have had reports of these emails ending up in SPAM filters, so you might want to check there if you've not received a confirmation. Otherwise, please contact and we will be happy to provide you with an order confirmation.


Should I bring my laptop?

It is highly recommended that you bring a laptop to your classes so you can follow along on your own AdWords or Analytics account on some of the demonstrations.  The training venue will have free WiFi service for your use.


Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my class(es)?

In order to get the most out of your class(es), we recommend you spend a little time familiarizing yourself with the AdWords and/or Analytics interface as it relates to the class(es) that you have registered.

  • AdWords Students: Please ensure you have Admin access to an AdWords account. If you don’t have one yet, you can easily set one up to use for your class navigation.  You also should also have AdWords Editor installed.
  • Analytics Students: It would be beneficial if you have Admin access to a Google Analytics account. If you don't, it's not a problem - you can follow along with the instructor's demo.

I can no longer make it to this event. Am I able to reschedule, or cancel my registration?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your event registration. A registration can be cancelled for a full refund up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event. If you'd like to transfer your training to a different location (city), please contact for assistance.


When do I check in?

Please arrive between 8:30am - 9am on the day of your class(es) to sign in. Don't forget, you can meet the instructor and other attendees during this time while enjoying some fresh coffee, tea or juice with your breakfast supplied by us.


Will meals be served?

You bet! We've got you covered - no need to pack a lunch. A hot, buffet lunch is served to every class as well as a nice continental breakfast for you to enjoy before the class begins. Coffee, tea, water, a variety of soft drinks, juices and snacks are supplied throughout the day.


What if I have special dietary needs?

Email us at to inform us of any food allergies or special meal requirements. Please do so with sufficient notice so that accommodations can be made.


I work for a non-profit – do I get a discount?

We do offer discounts for Non-Profits. Please contact to receive the promo code that's good for a 10% discount on all classes.


How do I get directions to the event? Is there free parking?

In the confirmation email you received, there will be a link to the event page which will have a map of the location of your training classes as well as a link to the venue’s website for detailed parking and logistical information. Unfortunately parking is not included in the course cost.
